Gaudensius Rose'Etna D.O.C. Brut Champagne Method By Firriato

  • $29.99
  • $45.00

Description

It discloses light in Sicily, where pink takes on almost transparent shades. Gaudensius Rosé is a classic method due to the distinctive uniqueness brought as a dowry from a selected collection of Nerello Mascalese grapes, growing the Cavanera estate on Etna, in the Verzella district. A classic method of refined olfactory texture. The fragrances of red fruit and raspberries are exquisite and very pleasant, which on the palate impart fresh, caressing sensations like the delicate but persistent perlage of this bottle forged by Etna.

Special Sparkling from Etna region

Distinctive rich sparkling wines from
Gaudensius at great value. We have tried all three products: Blanc de blanc is our preferred but all are beautifully structured, toast and spice nose, full body, compact bubbles, and moderate long finish. Medium dry and totally delicious. Fuller than Franciacorta, bolder, and a fine compliment to sea foods. The rose is perhaps the most original take on this class of sparkling we tasted.
