This zero dosage offering from Friuli is made from Chardonnay grapes vinified and matured in stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 36 months,
the sparkler boasts a “strong character” with “intense and extremely inviting” aromas of “white flowers, hazelnuts and hints of apple and banana”, with malolactic fermentation providing a soft finish.
