Screw cap was not just an aesthetic and practical choice, but a quality choice. After years of experimentation we now can appreciate wine’s technical and enological advancement with this type of closure system: elimination of the “ cork smell”, more aromatic freshness and longevity of the wines, cutback of sulfites by 50% over our already low amount.
