Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. J.S Rich and Round with balckberry,currant and mineral aromas and flavors. Long and caressing, 1,000 cases made." -JS Grape Varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation period: 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by 6 months of refinement in the bottle. Color: Deep ruby red with pleasing blackberry hues. Ideal Serving Tempeature: 16-18°C. Food Pairing: Cold cuts, red meat dishes, game, and seasoned cheeses.
