A gorgeous bouquet with withered roses, violets, red fruits, beef jerky, dried flowers, dried raisins, figs, and marmalade. There is a feeling of maturity and elegance. Fine tannins. Mid finish. Goes well with duck loin with orange or berry sauce, salami, etc. Bourgogne glass recommended.
