The hand-picked grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barriques, a french 60 gallon barrel, for 3 months. The volcanic soil, rich in minerals, gives the unique flavor to this deep ruby red wine.
The nose perceives notes of berries, spices the mouth it is smooth, fresh and persistent. Soft tannins lead to a pleasant sapidity.
