This Sonoma County Merlot has aromas of black cherry and mocha. Flavors of raspberry, plum, and vanilla are complemented by the medium tannins and moderate acidity.
Vinification The grapes were yeasted and tank fermented at cool temperatures. Multiple daily pump overs allowed for color and flavor extraction. The must was then pressed to barrel in a combination of American and French oak.
