100% Chardonnay from suitable hilly vineyards in Veneto.
WINEMAKING
Grapes were selected and harvested in September. Soft pressing and fermentation in white at a controlled temperature (15-16 °C).
TASTE NOTES
Intense straw yellow color. Delicate, fresh aroma, with notes of ripe exotic fruit. Dry, elegant, balanced, savory, and ample taste.
