Frascati Superiore DOCG – A classic white wine made primarily from native grape varieties, offering fresh aromas of citrus, white peach, pear, and wildflowers. Crisp and vibrant, it delivers bright acidity and a clean mineral finish, making it an excellent companion to seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.
Roma Rosso DOC – Crafted from Sangiovese and Montepulciano and aged in oak, this red wine combines ripe cherry, blackberry, and plum flavors with notes of vanilla, tobacco, and sweet spice. The oak aging adds structure and complexity, creating a smooth, balanced wine that pairs beautifully with roasted meats, pasta with rich sauces, and aged cheeses.
Cesanese del Piglio DOCG – Lazio's most celebrated native red, aged in oak to enhance its depth and elegance. Expect aromas of red cherry, blackberry, violets, and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by hints of spice, cocoa, and cedar. Silky tannins and vibrant acidity make it a versatile pairing for grilled meats, game, and hearty Italian cuisine.
Together, these wines offer a journey through Rome's winemaking heritage, highlighting the region's ability to produce refreshing whites, structured reds, and distinctive native varietal expressions.
