Bouquet: characteristic red berry notes, full and lingering with
hints of brushwood.
Taste: full, dense and well balanced with a pleasing, tannic finish
that echoes the tradition of its principal component, the Prugnolo
Gentile grape.
Serving temperature: recommended serving temperature is 16°-
18° C.
Food pairing: a young wine that pairs well with red meats and
medium-seasoned cheeses.
