This Wine is Great ,
Production area: Friuli DOC Grave.
Vineyards: Spur cordon. Alluvial soil with concentration of sand and lime. Very permeable.
Vinification: After the grape-harvest by hand, at the half of September there is the soft-pressing of the grapes with the separation of the skins. Then the fermentation is at controlled temperature ( 18-19 degrees Celsius). The fermentation lasts 5-8 days. The wine is then stored in steel-tanks for 2 months.
