100% Nerello Mascalese . 12 Months is Stainless steel, 4 months on the lees, 12 Months in Chestnut wood, and 12 Months in the bottle.
“Un Bellissimo Novembre”, is an Etna Rosso DOC produced from pure nerello mascalese grapes from the 2016 harvest in the Feudo Sant'Anastasia district, in Randazzo. “With an intense ruby red color - explains the oenologist Salvo Rizzuto - it comes from a crop with a good polyphenolic ripeness and announces itself with hints of small red fruits, cinnamon and cocoa; while in the mouth it is fresh, savory and with crunchy tannins. It is the result of three years of aging, passages in French oak and Etna chestnut tonneaux and twelve months of rest in the bottle before entering the market ”.
