Grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 5% Caniolo, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
Kept in small barrels 60 gallons for six months, it is then transferred into large barrels- 25-75 hl- and kept for nine more months. Combined tradition and innovation guarantee an excellent and fruity structure yet balanced by oak fullness. As the vineyard is more than 20 years old, this is a low-yield vintage that guarantees excellent wine quality, and it combines the vigor and high potential for just the right aging. This wine can either be drunk immediately or aged for some years.
