VINIFICATION
Handly harvest of the grapes. Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature with traditional “pink” vinification.
TASTING NOTES
Soft pink color. Fresh and fruity bouquet (peach and cherry). Dry, harmonious, full taste.

Alcohol 13% Vol; Total acidity 5,8 g/l; Residual sugar 5,5 g/l.
