Very expressive wine, notes of white flowers on the nose, with a slight salinity and a lot of fat on the palate.
The harvest is done early in the morning to preserve the quality
of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in demi-muids.
Aging is carried out on fine lees, in demi-muids for 6 months.
