Chardonnay has been native to the Loire since the Middle Ages. The brothers Pierres Yves and Patrice Cormerais know how to use the special features of the terroir and the influence of the Atlantic to create a wine with its own style, full of elegance, freshness and fruitiness. Like all Chardonnay , it is soft with the aromas of green apples, citrus, pineapple and a little nut. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with seafood, fish or poultry.
