Vinification: Following the Valpolicella ancient tradition of fortification, addition of natural alcohol made by the distillation of fresh wine obtained after the vinification and a long maceration, in order to confer more body, sructure and longevity.
Food suggestions: Ideal as dessert wine, with fruits tarts, dried fruit and plain chocolate. Perfect as meditation wine too.
Cellar: Suitable for long ageing.
