The wine appears golden in the glass and there is a good portion of aromas of lemon, apple and dried fruit. On the palate, the wine is lively and has great freshness, but also lots of intensity from the Chardonnay grapes. A superb choice for fish and shellfish, but also for cold starters such as terrines of e.g. beans and lentils.
