Loreto Aprutino is one of the Italian capitals of extra virgin olive oil, and it is hard here to resist to the appeal of this charming product. We grow about four hundred olive trees, without any kind of chemical treatment.
The cultivars are mainly Dritta and Leccio del Corno, with a small percentage of Leccino and table olives, according to the tradition of the Abruzzo families in this area.
For each variety we choose the best picking day. The harvest is completely manual, and the olives are cold processed in a very short time, to reveal their freshness and to keep their purity.
