D
David Schaff Late summer wheat color. Modest bouquet of flowers and pear, a touch of stone. The pear carries over to flavor, complimented by melon. Catarratto lightens Chardonnay. Medium body and aftertaste. Very little acidity. Good pairing with white fish, pasta, and shrimp. Excellent with milder cheese.
A refined pleasure at a modest price.
