I was thrilled to taste with Sebastien Dampt yesterday as 2014 is a vintage that I will proclaim is where classic Chablis is back. All the tension, nervousness, minerality and balancing, bright acidity are back, and they are back in spades. -Ciao Daniel-
5 Hectares on several plots, the main one being a 45-year-old plot of vines. Several so-called places: Vieille Voye, Champlain, Petit Léchet, Bois de Milly, and Les Fontanelles.
Allen Meadows: "A ripe and fresh nose is composed by notes of soft citrus, pear, and sea breeze. There is reasonably good Energy to the delicious medium-weight flavors that culminate in a longer and more complex moderately dry finish."
