Barolo Riserva 2015 Essenze by Vite Colte
Barolo DOCG Riserva “Essenze” is a blended Barolo of the highest quality, made only in the finest vintages. While vinification is traditional, the estate's personal style, which focuses on creating full-bodied, fruity, and very well-balanced wines, is clearly recognizable.
Following a long period of "submerged cap" maceration for about 25 days, malolactic fermentation takes place in steel. The wine then ages in oak barrels up to 36 months before the final blending and bottling.
The final stage is the bottle ageing.
