Grapes: Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia Puntinata, Trebbiano Toscano

The oldest and therefore naturally less vigorous plants, thus sacrificing production to the advantage of greater aromatic complexity and gustatory structure. This sacrifice is rewarded by the glass. Frascati Superiore is the only Lazio DOCG white wine and therefore deserves to have a prominent place within the Vinea Domini line.
