Worthy of the 3 Glasses award - crisp, slightly tangy, and well-balanced

This Etna Bianco, 2021 Cavanera by Firriato is "eccellente". I like the acidity and the slight tanginess like a NZ sauvignon blanc might have, but it's even smoother and purer.
I don't think you can go wrong with this white wine for just sipping or to go with food. It is great to have Gambero Rosso and Ciao Daniel pick out these great wines so I don't have to sample dozens to find them!
