Tinazzi Generation celebrates the Tinazzi family with a special selection of premium wines from Veneto – Amarone della Valpolicella and Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore – and from Puglia.
Grapes: 95% Corvina and Corvinone, 5% Rondinella.
Vineyards: Valpolicella.
Vinification: Harvested grapes by hand in Plateaux, at the achievement of the perfect phenolic maturation. After about 90 days of drying, the grapes are pressed. After cold maceration for 2-3 days, alcoholic fermentation starts at a temperature of 18-20°C for 14-18 days.
Maturation: French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.
Color: Deep ruby red with light garnet hues.
Aromas: Of overripe fruit and cherries in alcohol combine with notes of spices and roasting to produce a bouquet of great complexity.
Taste: Excellent balance and volume in the mouth due to the alcohol content and refined tannins. Very pleasant to drink.
Temperature: Uncork one hour before drinking. Serve at 18-20°C
