Taste / Palate: Structured and elegant with vibrant acidity, saline minerality, citrus and stone fruit flavors, creamy texture and long refined finish.

Winemaking Method: Blanc de Noir method: Pinot Noir grapes gently pressed and vinified as white wine with minimal skin contact.
Vinification: Whole clusters pressed at 9°C without destemming; free-run juice only; static clarification; fermentation in French barriques at 18°C; full malolactic fermentation.
Serving Temperature: 10–14°C (50–57°F)
Soils: Calcareous sandstone soils with high silt and marine influence near the Adriatic coast
Aging: 12 months in French barriques on fine lees with bâtonnage; mix of new and used oak barrels.
