VINIFICATION
Traditional vinification from fresh selected grapes handly harvested. Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Dry white wine, light yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense, fruity and aromatic bouquet. Dry taste, soft, fresh, superbly balanced.
