This is the First Release in the United States and Wines from Italy is the first retailer selected to make these wines available to customers in the U.S. We are very excited to be able to bring these to you. Firriato’s research reaches its highest pinnacle here in the sandy loam, alluvial soils of this plain, with an attentive viticulture that fully reveals the great biodiversity of the Sicilian native vines’ heritage.

Grape Variety: Nerello Mascalese (with a small percentage of Nerello Cappuccio)
Aroma: Fresh red cherry, wild strawberry, dried rose petals, sweet spice, and volcanic minerality with smoky undertones.
Taste: Elegant and vibrant with red berry fruit, cranberry, subtle earthiness, fine tannins, and a long, mineral-driven finish with lively acidity.
Residual Sugar: Very low / dry (generally < 2 g/L)
Alcohol: 13–13.5% ABV

Residual Sugar: Very low / dry, typically around 1–3 g/L
Alcohol: 13.5%
