Experience Don Candeloro by Al Cantara. With less than 1,000 bottles made, this rare wine features 18-year-old Nerello Mascalese vines and an average yield of 70-80 quintals per hectare. Aged for 12 months in chestnut wood, stainless steel, and bottle, this wine boasts an alcohol content of 13.5-14% and an aging capacity of 8-10 years.

Ageing in chestnut, a 60 gallon barrel,  give the wines a unique taste, soft tannins with lots of flavors.
