The extra virgin olive oil is produced from Leccino, Frantoio and
Carpellese olives, grown close to the volcano. The oil obtained from
it has a high yield and has a beautiful, bright, golden yellow color.
The taste shows medium-light spicy and bitter notes. Excellent
for enriching and enhancing typical fish and vegetable dishes.
