Pecorino, Giochermo Con I Fiori, 2025, by Torre dei Beati
100 % Pecorino grapes
Recently recovered in the Abruzzo territory, Pecorino is a low yield native variety with an important oenological value that is deserving of wine lovers’ attention. The gradual harvest and traditional, non intrusive vinification creates this wine which is aimed at expressing Pecorino’s fundamental characteristics — and exalting without exaggeration the fresh, aromatic complexity and tasting profile, where alcohol, acidity and minerality are present and well-balanced.
a white wine, Fine and elegant nose of pear, broom and gardenia, rounded off by hints of honey; vibrant with the traditional herbal flavors of the variety (sage, rosemary, lavender) Palate: Full bodied. Enters the mouth smoothly and with both zesty acidity and minerality, giving a long, mouth-watering persistence.
